Why FeedPulse?
FeedPulse makes feedback more effective and less time-consuming. Students get more engaged as they process and write down the feedback themselves. Both students & teachers gain timely insight in student performance with all feedback accessible in one app.
How FeedPulse improves learning
Activate students
Get students more actively involved by letting them write down the feedback they receive. Students become responsible for collecting and processing their feedback, and are immediately confronted with their own behavior. Hereby feedback becomes more meaningful and part of the learning experience.
Stimulate linear learning
Ensure linear learning behavior of students by giving multiple moments of feedback. Students are forced to more evenly distribute their learning behavior over time, preventing a one-time reproduction of knowledge in a final test.
Get insight
Both students and teachers gain timely insight in student progress with all feedback accessible in one app. Teachers can give their view on student performance using smileys. The overview of smileys over time is called the pulse.
Save time
Teachers save valuable time in the process of giving feedback. The teacher gives oral feedback, and the student is responsible for writing down this feedback. No need for post-its, Excel sheets and separate Word documents anymore.
FeedPulse is easy to implement
Integrates with your LMS
FeedPulse easily integrates with almost any Learning Management System through the open LTI standard.
Secure data storage
Student data is very privacy sensitive. We take all necessary measures to protect this data, using modern standards such as SSL and OAuth.
Easy to use
We build software that students and teachers love to use, because that's what ultimately decides if it will be used by every teacher and student. Request a demo and you'll be convinced!
How FeedPulse gets used
FeedPulse provides us with this need and makes learning more meaningful for students and enables teachers to give a broad grading based on the multiple, diverse tests and moments of feedback.
Learn how formative assessment & feedback contribute to linear learning
Our whitepaper "Stimulating Linear Learning Behaviour" explains the limitations of one-time reproduction of knowledge, how multiple measurement points can stimulate linear learning behavior and what feedback contributes to the learning process.
